浩力森与德国采埃孚公司携手合作，供应变速箱外壳水性涂料，打破外资垄断局面。同年，浩力森与一汽大众开展业务合作，为车身零部件产品提供解决方案。

浩力森荣获通用汽车泛亚技术中心认证；同年，与上海汇众成功合作，取得德国狼堡大众总部全球认证。

浩力森荣获上汽大众汽车零部件技术标准的全套认证，所有检验项目的实验值，完全符合大众汽车全套零部件的额定涂装技术标准。由HLS 自主研发的高性能防腐系列产品通过了TL262(2011.11)Ofl-x635的上汽大众汽车零部件的涂装技术标准。

浩力森将自身积累的知识和经验编写成册，出版《现代电泳涂装百科全书》一书，深入浅出地分析了电泳涂装工艺中的核心要点，提供给广大涂装工作者阅读参考，助力推广普及绿色环保电泳涂装工艺。

浩力森与复旦大学联合成立“水性表面处理新材料联合研究中心”，携手致力投入大量的资金和人才，研发创新能改变未来环境趋势的高性能高效率的绿色环保产品，同时，浩力森向复旦大学材料系的博士、硕士研究生提供更多的就业和实习岗位，把实现产学研一体化的工作落实到实处。同年，HLS 获得三一集团水性工业漆材料认可。
